Standard shipping for all items on this website: $5.99.

Express shipping for all items on this website: $29.9.

 

Who is responsible for paying customs duties and value-added tax?

Our prices include customs duties and VAT, so buyers do not need to pay them.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = Order Processing Time + shipping time

(Excluding curtain fabrication time, as well as any unforeseeable circumstances such as customs delays, weekends, and holidays.)

  • Order Processing Time: 1-8 days (Including Handcrafted Production Time).
  • Transit Time: Standard Shipping 20-35 days,it costs US$5.99.(Possible customs delays)
  • Transit Time: Fast Shipping 12-20 days,it costs US$29.9.

(*Sea freight:Due to the uncertainty of occasional customs inspections, delays may occur. Inspection-related delays generally range from 2-3 weeks. By selecting standard shipping, you acknowledge and accept the potential consequences of such delays.)

 

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, we will send you the relevant information via email. You can log in to https://www.17track.net/en to check your order status.

 

What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@usdrapery.com within 60 days. We will either resend a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund.

 

Order Confirmation

Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.

 

Processing

Upon order confirmation, we will immediately begin preparing your items and arrange shipment at the earliest opportunity. Items marked "Ships within 24 hours" are in-stock and will be dispatched on the next business day. All other custom items require 1-8 days of handcrafting time before shipment.

 

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, letting you know your items have left our warehouse. Details about the items contained in the shipment as well as a tracking number are included in the email.

To track your package, simply click the link provided. Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company 1-2 business days to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately.

If your order has multiple items, they may be split into different packages shipped on different days. You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation for each shipment.

 

Day of Delivery

On the day your package will be delivered, an SMS notification will be sent to you to let you know your delivery is on its way to you.

 

Missed Delivery

If you are not available to receive your shipment, you can contact your carrier to reschedule a delivery.
